NATURAL SITE - Point GPS
This 2 km long gorge has been inhabited by man since the Paleolithic (numerous rock shelters). Today it is crossed by a small road, now only accessible on foot. Bordered by small cliffs (around 30 meters), this gorge is appreciated for its calm and wild nature.
Just 38 minutes from the Gite, this place is truly beautiful and very refreshing for summer.
There is a nice little walk to take all along the gorges on a small shaded path. You can also, if you wish, have a picnic on the grass.
Not far from there there is also a Gallo-Roman villa to visit as well as a museum. If you combine everything you can have a great day outdoors.

Only 1 hour 15 minutes from Gîte, here's an idea for an outing even if the weather is gloomy.
The Gouffre d'Esparros is classified as a remarkable underground heritage site and is among the most beautiful underground sites due to the beauty and profusion of its crystals, real stone flowers.
