This guide will help you answer the main questions you might ask yourself:

Made available to you

● the tea towels are stored in the white cabinet in the kitchen.
● the container for selective sorting is located behind the green curtain

in the kitchen as well as the vacuum cleaner, sweeper, bucket and

shovel.
● a box of board games is also in the bedroom office closet.
● washing machine products are in the cabinet under the kitchen sink.

To close the bay windows of the house layout

the master bedroom remote control is on the bedside table

When you leave

Household linen must be collected in the laundry bin located behind the green curtains in the kitchen.
The trash cans must be emptied and placed in the containers provided at the bottom of the path, on the right at the entrance to the village of Mongausy.

TEMPERATURE control

(*) To have and maintain a natural freshness of 24° in the house because some people cannot tolerate air conditioning, you must :

Open the bays and windows to the cool in the morning (or at night in the CH2, Office and kitchen thanks to the mosquito nets), and slightly raise the roller shutters throughout the rest of the house, in order to let the freshness in through the small holes . Then close them before 9:00 a.m./10:00 a.m. as soon as you see the exterior or interior thermometer rising.
Leave the bays closed between the veranda (serves as an airlock for southern exposure) and the house.
The veranda can be used in the morning for breakfast or the rest of the day for fans of extreme heat, as it faces south (despite exterior blinds and interior curtains)
Hyper-effective and odorless anti-mosquito sockets are provided to you.

Exemple : For daily heat peaks of 36 to 42° outside, by practicing this we arrive at the end of the day at inside temperatures of 26°. The air conditioning is set to 24° and will automatically take over as soon as the interior temperature exceeds this temperature threshold.
